Shipping Coverage & Timelines

Domestic Delivery (India): We ship across all PIN codes in India using insured premium courier partners. You will receive tracking links via WhatsApp and SMS upon courier handover.

Dispatch Timeline: 3 to 7 working days (Hand-worked from stock or fresh frame). In-stock ready pieces dispatch within 48 to 72 hours. Pieces worked fresh on the frame typically require 5 to 7 working days.

International Shipping: Worldwide courier dispatch is available on request. Please message our atelier team on WhatsApp with your destination country and postal code for courier quotes and estimated transit days.

Exchanges

Size Exchange Policy

Size Exchanges: Size exchange within 5 days of delivery. Custom-tailored pieces non-returnable.. If your standard-sized garment does not fit as desired, notify us on WhatsApp within 5 days of delivery to arrange an exchange for an alternate size.

Condition: Garments must remain unwashed, unworn, and with all original atelier tags and fabric packaging intact.

Custom Tailored & Unstitched Cut Pieces: Made-to-measure custom garments tailored to bespoke measurements are crafted specifically for you and are non-refundable. However, our team provides complimentary alteration guidance should minor tweaks be necessary.

True-to-Frame Daylight Note

Hand embroidery and pure botanical-dyed silks have an organic luster that subtly shifts between indoor lighting, camera sensors, and natural daylight. We photograph every garment under true balanced studio daylight. Slight tone variances are the natural signature of authentic, non-synthetic craftsmanship.
